Congratulations to all our incredibly committed first ever 25 Week Transformation Challenge participants. It may not have been an expected or wanted extension however it does re-enforce the importance of making exercise & nutrition changes that are sustainable long term and it also serves as a reminder of how life can get in the way of even the best thought out training programs. We’ve been a bit event deprived at Drive Fitness this year but that’s all about to change with our most participated in event of the last 5 years just around the corner. I’ve pushed back our start date to give you some extra time to prepare - consider yourself sufficiently notified (or warned?!).

The first ever Drive Fitness 4 Week Erg Series begins on Monday 13 April - 4 erg only workouts using the row, bike & ski, 1 a week for 4 weeks. The 4 Week Erg Series is a great opportunity to challenge yourself, monitor your fitness improvements and prepare for the upcoming Studio V Studio Row, Bike & Ski Challenge. Find out more here…
For the first time in Drive Fitness history we’ll be having a Studio VS Studio Row, Ski, Ride Challenge with all 6 Drive Fitness studios involved. Each Drive Fitness team will have 1 hour to accumulate as many calories as possible with as many team members as they can muster, using any strategy they like! Your team needs you, every contribution no matter how big or small helps your studio team score. Your trainers will also be getting involved as part of your team.
