Well done to all participants at the Drive Fitness Dead Lift Challenge on Saturday 20 November. Friends train Free is back! Show your friends what we do here at Drive Fitness or help a friend get started with training. You can bring your friends along to any of your personal training or boot camp sessions during September 2021 and they can join you absolutely free. There is no limit - bring as many friends as you like to as many sessions as you like.
