The Drive Fitness Grid provides a personal challenge where you compare your results with your own past performances. It’s a way to monitor your progress across multiple fitness & strength domains and to motivate yourself to chase improvement, perhaps in areas that you typically don’t prioritise. This is particularly the case since this challenge ended up being less than 8 weeks in total (closer to 7) due to public holidays pushing our start date into mid week and a Thursday/Friday finish date. Friends train Free is back! Show your friends what we do at Drive Fitness or help a friend get started with training. You can bring your friends along to any of your personal training or boot camp sessions during September 2022 and they can join you absolutely free. There is no limit - bring as many friends as you like to as many sessions as you like.
