The 4 Week Workout Series returns on the 17 July for its 9th consecutive year and we can’t wait to get started. It’s our opportunity to challenge you with 4 unapologetically tough workouts - 1 workout a week for 4 weeks that test your strength, fitness & technique. You can use it as a way to mix up your training, to monitor your progress or compete with others - it’s up to you and it’s only as competitive as you want it to be. The Drive Fitness personal training team will be doing the workouts with you too. Workouts are announced a week in advance, have fun!
Well done to all lifters who got involved in the Drive Fitness Kettlebell One Arm Long Cycle (OALC) Competition on Friday 9 June. It was an awesome event and it was great to see all lifters achieve a personal best number of reps on their chosen kettlebell weight. One of the great opportunities that kettlebell sport provides is the multiple ways to monitor your progress and improve including by increasing the number of reps, increasing the weight of the kettlebell or even by increasing the duration you can go continuously. I look forward to seeing everyone continue to progress and new lifters join us next time!

Thank you to everyone for getting involved in the 3rd Annual Drive Fitness Studio V Studio ERG Challenge! It was an amazing challenge with an awesome team atmosphere and we greatly appreciate you being there. Although we like to make it a bit competitive between the trainers and the studio teams the main objective of the event is to bring our fitness community together for a bit of fun and I hope you enjoyed it! It’s great to have our first team running event of 2023 upcoming on the Drive Fitness calendar. We’re entering a team in the Brisbane Running Festival on Sunday 4 June and we’d love you to join us! Friends train Free in February is back! Show your friends what we do at Drive Fitness or help a friend get started with training. You can bring your friends along to any of your personal training or boot camp sessions during February 2023 and they can join you absolutely free. There is no limit - bring as many friends as you like to as many sessions as you like.

The biggest Drive Fitness team event returns for 2023 on Saturday 25 March - the Studio VS Studio Row, Ski, Ride Challenge with all 6 Drive Fitness studios going head to head simultaneously. Each Drive Fitness studio team will have 1 hour to accumulate as many calories as possible, with as many team members as they can muster, using any strategy they like! Your studio team needs you, every contribution no matter how big or small will help your studio team score. Your trainers will also be getting involved as part of your team working alongside you!
