Every year at Drive Fitness in the spirit of Christmas we generously give you the gift of fitness in the form of the 12 Exercises of Christmas Workout. Each year the exercises change, the reps vary and the format evolves but there is one thing you know for certain; it's deliberately & unapologetically tough!
The Drive Fitness Dead Lift Challenges will be done a little differently this year. - it will take place between the dates of Monday 18 November through to Saturday 30 November in your personal training session. Friends train free is back in September! Show your friends what we do at Drive Fitness or help a friend get started with training. You can bring your friends along to any of your personal training or outdoor group fitness sessions during September 2024 and they can join you absolutely free. There is no limit - bring as many friends as you like to as many sessions as you like.
