I hope you've been looking forward to the 4 Week Workout Series as much as I have! It's our chance as you personal training team to hit you with 4 challenging workouts - 1 each week for 4 weeks putting your strength, fitness & technique to the test. For the first time ever your personal trainers will be announcing their scores the week in advance so you can try to beat your trainer, good luck! The 2016 4 Week Workout Series has come to an end - well done to the 111 women & 87 men who took on the challenge. We hope you enjoyed something a little different in your personal training sessions, pushed a little harder than normal and found some extra motivation during the middle of Winter when training can be difficult. This Saturday 13 August we will have a finals event for the top 10 men & women. Check out the results & details of the 5th Week Finals here..

Congratulations to everyone who took on the first ever Drive Fitness 4 Week Workout Series during July. We had 77 men & 87 women participate in the challenge - we hope everyone took something positive away from it. Check out the results here...
2 weeks down, 2 weeks to go! We've seen some amazing scores being achieved during the 4 week workout series - far greater than we expected. With workout 3 underway and everybody enjoying a fun mix of burpees and dead ball shoulder throws this week it's time to announce the 4th and final workout of the series.
