Our next 10 Week Transformation Challenge starts on Monday 7 August and continues through to Friday 13 October. It includes medical grade body composition scanning at the start and finish, food plan, nutrition goal setting & monitoring, body weight home workouts to follow every week all accessible on Drive Fitness app (available on your mobile device & computer), personal training sessions, group fitness sessions & an Apple Watch Series 2 as the prize for winning! There will be a male and female winner awarded for the best overall healthy transformation achieved. This time last week the Drive Fitness Team was wrapping up after a huge weekend of running. We had over 20 runners from Drive Fitness (our biggest Gold Coast Running Festival team EVER) spread across the 2km & 4km junior dash events & the 10km, half marathon and marathon. Well done everyone for your amazing effort at the Drive Fitness Bench Press Challenge on Saturday 17 June. it's your involvement and support of each other that made it such a great event & we thank you so much for being there.
