Every year at Drive Fitness in the spirit of Christmas we generously give you the gift of fitness in the form of the 12 Exercises of Christmas Workout. Each year the exercises change, the reps vary and the format evolves but there is one thing you know for certain; it's deliberately & unapologetically tough! In the absence of a Christmas Party in 2020 what better way to celebrate than with a workout that unites everyone at Drive Fitness on our studio whiteboards.
Friends train Free is back! Show your friends what we do here at Drive Fitness or help a friend get started with training. You can bring your friends along to any of your personal training or boot camp sessions during October 2020 and they can join you absolutely free. There is no limit - bring as many friends as you like to as many sessions as you like.
The Drive Fitness Bench Press & Dead Lift Challenges will be done a little differently this year. Both will take place between the dates of Monday 23 November & Saturday 5 December with an adjusted format to fit with current circumstances (this new format may even suit you better than what we’ve done previously). The Spring Edition of the 10 Week Transformation Challenge starts next Monday 7 September & it's time to book in for your initial body composition scan and the info night. Booking opens 1 week before the challenge begins (today).
