  • Over ten years experience working in gyms, disabled fitness centres and personal training studios, helping clients from all walks of life to achieve their health and fitness goals and lead more active and fulfilling lives.

  • Experienced in delivering different modes of training in one on one, small group and online settings.

  • Experienced in rehabilitation and constantly researching techniques and training methods to further benefit health and wellbeing.

  • I dedicate myself to meeting the client where they are at. I tailor my training style and sessions to my clients fitness & ability level and work alongside them to better their health and fitness levels and create long lasting healthy habits.
