Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes.

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Squats
  • 20 Mountain Climbers

Scaling Down. 

Drop push ups to the knees, squat only as low as you can go comfortably, for burpees just go as low as you can comfortably and use something to help get back up if required and step instead of jump with mountain climbers.

Technique Tip! 

Try to drive the knees between the arms when doing mountain climbers. Think of an imaginary line drawn between your thumbs as the target for your knees to pass over then return to a fully extended position (straight leg).
