Complete 5 rounds with a continuously running clock working as hard as possible during work intervals and having complete rest during rest intervals

  • 30 seconds mountain climbers
  • 30 seconds rest
  • 30 seconds ladder climbers
  • 30 seconds rest


Scaling Down. 

Substitute ladder climbers for jogging on the spot and instead of jumping during mountain climbers substitute for a stepping action.  

Technique Tip! 

Although not the most coordinated feeling, ladder climbers are a great workout. Think of them as jogging on the spot with high knees while pulling down the air from above the head with alternating arms - in sync with the legs if possible. Good luck  :-)
