NOTES
Work as hard as possible during the mountain climbers & recover during the ab brace. Rest only as required but don't pause the timer.
TECHNIQUE TIP!
Try to get your knees as close as possible to your arms. Think of an imaginary line drawn between your thumbs as the target for your knees to pass over then return your legs to a fully extended position.
