Kettlebell Sport One Arm Long Cycle Challenge - Friday 20 June

I’m excited to announce the date of our 3rd Annual Kettlebell Sport 10min One Arm Long Cycle Challenge taking place on Friday 20 June, 6:30pm @ Drive Fitness Tarragindi. Kettlebell sport and the one arm long cycle (also known as the clean & jerk) is a great exercise for both power & endurance and can therefore fit well into a training program for a variety of goals including strength, fitness, body composition and sports performance.

If you’re looking for something new to train for, in need of a new challenge, want to mix up your workouts or even beat a previous kettlebell long cycle personal best this could be a great event for you.

You can bring your friends along to any of your personal training or outdoor group fitness sessions during February 2025 and they can join you absolutely free. There is no limit - bring as many friends as you like to as many sessions as you like.

It’s not intended to be a competition with others, in fact it’s quite the opposite, you’re competing only with yourself.
