We are launching our first live streaming boot camp session on Monday morning at 5:30am - you can join us from anywhere you like with no equipment required BUT if you have equipment we’ll see if we can incorporate it into the session so have it ready! Live streaming boot camp sessions are available to all Drive Fitness boot campers and can be booked the same way as regular boot camp sessions through your Drive Fitness PIKE13 account. The first ever Drive Fitness 4 Week Erg Series begins on Monday 13 April - 4 erg only workouts using the row, bike & ski, 1 a week for 4 weeks. The 4 Week Erg Series is a great opportunity to challenge yourself, monitor your fitness improvements and prepare for the upcoming Studio V Studio Row, Bike & Ski Challenge. Find out more here…
For the first time in Drive Fitness history we’ll be having a Studio VS Studio Row, Ski, Ride Challenge with all 6 Drive Fitness studios involved. Each Drive Fitness team will have 1 hour to accumulate as many calories as possible with as many team members as they can muster, using any strategy they like! Your team needs you, every contribution no matter how big or small helps your studio team score. Your trainers will also be getting involved as part of your team.
