Congratulations to all our incredibly committed first ever 25 Week Transformation Challenge participants. It may not have been an expected or wanted extension however it does re-enforce the importance of making exercise & nutrition changes that are sustainable long term and it also serves as a reminder of how life can get in the way of even the best thought out training programs.
