For the first time at Drive Fitness we’ll be having a Studio VS Studio Row, Ski, Ride Challenge with all 6 Drive Fitness studios going head to head simultaneously. Each Drive Fitness studio team will have 1 hour to accumulate as many calories as possible, with as many team members as they can muster, using any strategy they like! Your studio team needs you, every contribution no matter how big or small will help your studio team score. Your trainers will also be getting involved as part of your team. Introducing the Drive Fitness Grid - A NEW concept for 2021! The Drive Fitness Grid is a personal challenge where you compare your results with your own past performances. It’s a way to monitor your progress across multiple fitness & strength domains and to motivate yourself to chase improvement, perhaps in areas that you typically don’t prioritise. It’s not intended to be a competition with others, in fact it’s quite the opposite, you’re competing only with yourself. It spans the entire 2021 calendar year! Find out more and see The Grid here…
Friends train Free is back! Show your friends what we do here at Drive Fitness or help a friend get started with training for FREE during February. You can bring your friends along to any of your personal training or boot camp sessions during February 2021 and they can join you absolutely free. There is no limit - bring as many friends as you like to as many sessions as you like.
This 16 week 10km training program is designed to be scalable for all levels of running experience. Please remember that all training programs require individualised adjustments to suit your specific requirements - there is no one size fits all training program for a running event. If you need help personalising your running program please contact me.
Drive Fitness is entering a team in the Brisbane Running Festival and we’d love you to join us! All fitness levels and running experiences welcome. We’ll be focusing our running training around the 10km event this year and we would love to help as many people as possible run their first ever 10km, first 10km in a long time or fastest 10km ever!
