Kettlebell Sport One Arm Long Cycle Challenge - Friday 9 June

Kettlebell Sport One Arm Long Cycle Challenge - Friday 9 June

I’m excited to announce a new challenge on the Drive Fitness event schedule for 2023 - the Kettlebell Sport 10min One Arm Long Cycle (clean & jerk) taking place on Friday 9 June, 6:30pm. Kettlebell sport and the one arm long cycle (also known as the clean & jerk) is a great exercise for both power & endurance and can therefore fit well into a training program for a variety of goals including strength, fitness, body composition and sports performance.

If you’re looking for something new to train for, in need of a new challenge or just want to mix up your workouts this could be a great event to aim for.

Come and put your power, endurance & technique to the test in a Drive Fitness first with a 10min one arm long cycle set! All levels of kettlebell lifting experience invited to be involved and if it’s new to you we can help you develop your technique in your training sessions. Let me or your trainer know so we can help you prepare. Find out more here…
