  • Cert III and IV in Fitness and Personal Training

  • Thump boxing Lvell 1 & Advanced Instructor Accreditation

  • Suspension Trainer Accreditation

  • Currently studying Lvl 1 ASCA Strength & Conditioning Accreditation

  • First Aid & CPR

Experience

  • 6 years experience working in the fitness industry covering a variety of roles such as personal training, group training, boot camp, boxing and circuit training instructor.

  • Passionate about helping clients get fit and healthy and guiding them in the right direction to ensure they can train for years to come.

  • Strong interest for coaching clients through strength based exercises with a very technical focus and for helping clients improve mobility, flexibility and movement.

  • Currently training and competed in powerlifting with 2 years experience. Performed at GPC state titles multiple times coming 2nd in my division. Best lifts at bodyweight of 63kg: 140kg Squat, 85kg Bench, 187.5kg Deadlift. 412.5kg total.
