Experienced in personal training and group fitness training in gym and outdoor settings, working with a variety of clients including those working towards general fitness, weight loss, strength gain, rehabilitation and sport specific goals.
Over 5 years experience as a sports coach working in both gym and field settings with athletes ranging from junior and senior club level to representative levels.
Particularly passionate about helping those new to training or returning after a long time off to learn how to exercise safely and gain confidence in the gym.
