  • Pilates Matwork Level 1 Certificate

Experience

  • Experienced in personal training and group fitness training in gym and outdoor settings, working with a variety of clients including those working towards general fitness, weight loss, strength gain, rehabilitation and sport specific goals.

  • Over 5 years experience as a sports coach working in both gym and field settings with athletes ranging from junior and senior club level to representative levels.

  • Particularly passionate about helping those new to training or returning after a long time off to learn how to exercise safely and gain confidence in the gym.
