  • Experienced professionally and personally in Strength & Conditioning, Rehabilitation, Performance Testing, Injury Prevention and Sport Specific Programs with clients of varied training experience from elite level athletes to junior club level players.

  • Professional experience with Rugby Union, AFL, Athletics, Rowing, Swimming and Netball.
