For the first time in Drive Fitness history we’ll be having a Studio VS Studio Row, Ski, Ride Challenge with all 6 Drive Fitness studios involved. Each Drive Fitness team will have 1 hour to accumulate as many calories as possible with as many team members as they can muster, using any strategy they like! Your team needs you, every contribution no matter how big or small helps your studio team score. Your trainers will also be getting involved as part of your team. This 16 week half marathon training program is designed to be scalable for all levels of running experience by controlling intensity using heart rate and controlling volume using timed sessions. Please remember that all training programs require individualised adjustments to suit your specific requirements - there is no one size fits all training program for a running event.

Friends train Free in February is back! Show your friends what Drive Fitness workouts are all about or help a friend get started with exercise. You can bring a friend along with you to any personal training or boot camp session during February and they can join you absolutely free. There is no limit to how many sessions you can bring the same friend to or how many different friends you can bring along - bring as many friends as you like to as many sessions as you like!

I'm not sore when I play sport. I feel great. For years I was 90+ kg, now down to 85kg. Drive Fitness is entering a team in the Brisbane Running Festival and we’d love you to join us!
