Experience

  • 5 years experience working in gym & personal training studio settings helping a variety of clients including those with general fitness, strength and weight control goals as well as athletes with sport development programs.

  • Strength & Conditioning experience working with Brisbane Bullets, All Hallows' School Rowing teams & AFL Women’s teams as a Sports Trainer.

  • Interested in helping my clients learn to move correctly and efficiently to achieve their health & fitness goals.
